Welcome to Muse Fragrance (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order through our Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.

Products and Services

Muse Fragrance sells fragrance decants, which are smaller quantities of authentic fragrances that have been rebottled from original retail bottles into new, clearly labeled containers. All fragrances offered are genuine products originally manufactured by their respective brand owners.

Muse Fragrance is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any designer, brand owner, or manufacturer unless explicitly stated. Brand names and trademarks are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.

Due to the nature of decanted fragrance products:

Minor variations in fill level, bottle appearance, labeling, or packaging may occur
Such variations do not affect the authenticity or quality of the fragrance
All products are intended for personal use only

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent and agree that:

You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
All information provided at checkout is accurate and complete
You are authorized to use the selected payment method

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or intended for resale.

Prices, product availability, and descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. While we strive for accuracy, Muse Fragrance is not responsible for typographical errors, pricing errors, or omissions.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped using third-party carriers such as USPS. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for transit and delivery rests with the carrier.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control do not constitute grounds for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.

Refunds, Damage, and Replacements

All sales are final except as outlined in our Refund & Damage Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Claims for damaged shipments must be submitted within the stated timeframe and may require photos, video evidence, and images of original packaging. Replacements are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, customers may be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

No Guarantees and Disclaimer

Fragrance is inherently subjective. Muse Fragrance does not guarantee satisfaction with scent profiles, longevity, projection, performance, or personal reactions.

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muse Fragrance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with fragrance performance, allergic reactions, or shipping delays.

Muse Fragrance’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

Submit false or misleading claims
Abuse the refund or damage review process
Initiate chargebacks without first contacting us
Engage in fraudulent, threatening, or abusive behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the website for violations of these Terms.

All trademarks, brand names, logos, and product names used on this website are the property of their respective rights holders and are used strictly for identification and descriptive purposes.
